1. Using our new and cost effective technique, YOU (or us) CAN CONVERT YOUR HOME TO A MODERN LIGHTING SYSTEM - WITH NO DEPENDENCE ON AUTOMATION!
You or a local craftsmen can do this or... We can do this for you. Actually we have done so many of these conversions that we are most often cheaper than hiring local contractors. Once converted any local electrician (or yourself) can make repairs using readily available parts.
Your home will be
easier to sell!
All obsolete parts will be replaced with modern and readily available
parts.
The intimidating looking room where your existing Smarthouse controls
are now located will no longer look like a NASA control center. This
will make your home look less intimidating to potential buyers!
You can also do this conversion in stages or one light at a time as your budget dictates! Conversions are to basic non-automated lighting. Call for quotes for fully automated systems. Conversions can take as little as one day on average size homes.
